This Week:
PRACTICE: Wednesday 6:00 Powell (meet by the concession stand)
GAME: Thursday 6:00 (be there 5:30 for warm up) 2B Blue Jersey (bring white)
PRACTICE: Sunday 2:00 Powell (meet by the concession stand)

TOURNAMENT: Blues City Blowout March 12-14
As of now–we have 2 games Saturday (12:25 and 6:30) and one Sunday (11:00)
This schedule can change several times before it is set. I will email full schedule when it is done.
We will get together at some point during the tournament weekend for a team meal. Look for more information on that.
TOURNAMENT T-SHIRTS–T-Shirt Orders for the Blues City Blowout are due March 7….they are $17 for the short sleeve with a $2 discount with an order of 10 or more. Please let me know if you would like to order one and the size you want. (YM, YL, AS, AM, AL, AXL, AXXL) I will collect the money at the March 4 game and will let you know cost. (cash or check made out to 98 Cougars) .
JACKSON TOURNAMENT–Don’t forget to call the Courtyard Marriott in Jackson to reserve your rooms for the tournament. If you have any questions about booking your room, contact Shelley Christy sdchristy@msn.com . Thank you Shelley for making the hotel arrangements!!!

This week:
WEDNESDAY—-Practice at FunQuest—6:40–8:00 pm. This is a practice not conditioning. Please bring $4 cash. (The cost is $75 to use rink….96 Cougars will also be practicing)
SATURDAY—-Practice at Suggs–1:00
Schedule is available and will be posted to website. I will also email it out next week.
We will have 3 practices next week (time and place TBA)—our first game is Thursday, Feb. 25.

We will have practice this Saturday at 1:00 at Suggs.
A tentative spring schedule is on the Mike Rose Website.(www.mikerosesoccercomplex –click on MSSF tab on left, then schedules/standings on right–we are Under 12 A) It is very tentative and has changed already since posted Friday. I can tell you that so far our games are on Thursday evenings with our first one on Feb. 25. As soon as it is final, i will send email and it will be posted to website

Less than a month until our first game. We’ll need to start practicing soon. We’re looking for space this weekend and at the forecast to decide which day will be best.

Spring soccer is right around the corner. The season officially starts the week of February 22nd and goes through May 28th. Our plans are to play in 3 tournaments this spring. We’re finalizing the plans and will be communicating within the next week along with team fees.
